BoxTops
Please provide any BoxTops you have collected at your earliest convenience. You may drop them off or just send them in with your student. We will be making one more submission in May. Thank you!
Cleaning up our Courtyard!
We are excited to dig into a new adventure in gardening…. THE PATTON COURTYARD! We have the vision to prune, weed, till, and beautify that area with perennials to make it an area that the teachers and students can go to learn and enjoy. This time of year is a time when many of us separate our perennials. If you are a gardener and have perennials you would like to donate to this adventure, we will have a drop off day on May 19 from 7:30am-9:00am and also after school from 3:35pm- 4:30pm. Plants can be brought directly to the courtyard. Not a gardener, but still want to help? We would happily accept your donation of bags of black dirt as well. Additionally, we are looking for volunteers who would be willing to help with planting. Eventually, we want to turn over the gardening and have it become a student centered adventure. We are super excited to get started and hope we will see many of you, and your plants, on May 19. If you are interested in helping to rake, spread dirt, or plant flowers please fill out this form. We will contact you with more information at a later date. Respectfully, Ms. Leigh and Mrs. Johnson
Project Linus Event
The Social Service Club is sponsoring a Linus Project Day on Friday May 19 at 3:35-5 pm. We hope families will join us to make a simple tied fleece blanket that are distributed by a local Project Linus to children who are ill or traumatized in hospitals, shelters, social service agencies, or anywhere that a child might be in need of a big hug. Sign up below (or click here), bring some fleece if you can, but either way join us for a worthwhile fun afternoon!
Patton Community Traffic Discussion
On May 1, at 7:00pm, Dr. Bein will be coming to Patton to discuss traffic patterns along with pick up and drop off procedures that we have in place. (Dr. Bein is touring all schools in the district for the same discussion.) If you would like to participate in the conversation, please come to the commons! Again, thank you to all of our parent volunteers for their assistance in creating a safe environment for our kids at the beginning and end of the day.
Global Day of Design
We hope your students had a blast celebrating Global Day of Design on Tuesday! THere was so much excitement, creativity, and collaboration. Below is a video highlighting many of the activities they did.
Lost & Found
Yes, it is filling up again! If your student is missing a coat, shoe, lunchbag etc, please check our lost and found by Patton's office. We will be donating remaining items at the end of the year.
