Updated In-Person and Remote Numbers for Patton Starting 3/29/21
5 Essentials Survey for Parents It’s that time of year again and we want your input about Patton Elementary School! Please participate in the Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey, as a part of the Illinois 5Essentials Survey administration. The survey responses are anonymous and will never be connected to the identity of you or your child, as school reports will only present aggregated information of how parents responded as a whole. In order for the survey report to be generated we need at least 20 percent of our parents to take the survey. Please CLICK HERE to take the parent survey that began on February 3, 2021. The 5Essentials Survey is open through April 2, 2021. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact 5Essentials Customer Support at 1-866-440-1874 or [email protected]. Student Council Hat Day March 19! The Patton Student Council will host hat day to raise money for the Heavenly Hat Foundation on Friday, March 19th. Bring $2.00 or any amount you are able to donate, and wear your favorite hat to school. If you do not like to wear hats, that is noooo problem at all!! You can still donate to this great cause. Wear a fun headband instead, or feel free to just donate! The Heavenly Hats Foundation collects and distributes brand new hats of all kinds to those of all ages who lose their hair due to the treatment of cancer or the many other medical conditions which may cause hair loss. Thank you for your support! Travel Reminders From District 25 Nurses Please review the updated guidelines for both domestic and international travel.
CCDPH guidance is consistent with the City of Chicago’s Travel Order to reduce confusion among people living and working in Cook County. As always, if you or your child are exhibiting any of the COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to a positive case or a suspected case while traveling, do not come to school/send your child to school and contact your school’s nurse. Please note, District 25 will not be monitoring our students and our staff’s travel over Spring Break. We simply ask that families follow the guidelines listed above and linked above. Travel guidelines are updated regularly, and it is important that you check the above links prior to your travel.
