Patton Scene Our Kindergarten classes celebrated 100 days at Patton on Wednesday with capes and stickers and lots of smiles!
Parent Teacher Conferences Conferences are next Thursday and Friday, February 13 and 14. You can click here to sign up if you still wish to do so. On Wednesday, the 12th, online sign ups will close at noon. You can still make or change sign ups after that time by calling the office: 847-398-4288. There is no student attendance on these days, but the office will be open during conferences.

Research shows that improving a child's social emotional skills can increase academic achievements as well as increasing their prosocial behaviors (kindness, empathy, etc.). Developing self-control is an important factor in a child's overall social emotional development. If you'd like to learn more, this article provides some strategies for helping a child's self-control skills. - Barb Donahue ([email protected]) Annual Food Drive Update Last Friday our Student Council collected and sorted all the donations made by our wonderful school community over the past two weeks. They filled three large vans with cans and boxes of food and helped deliver it to Journeys/PADS, which serves over 670 homeless and provides 34,000 meals a year. Many thanks for your help!
