Happy New Year Patton Community,
We hope your children have all adjusted back to the routine of school. This has been an action packed week. To our kindergarten families, we hope to get to see you this evening at the PTA sponsored event. Below are several updates for you. Have a wonderful weekend, Eric Larson & Kelly Vignocchi
Paper Towel and Toilet Paper Rolls
For our upcoming Family STEAM Night we are in need of empty paper towel and toilet paper rolls. If you have any that you could drop off at school we would greatly appreciate it. We will take as many as we can get.
Patton Press
Here is a link to the latest copy of the Patton Press. Please take a moment to check out our student's work and be sure to click along the tabs to see the different sections of our school paper.
Calling all 3rd-5th grade students who want to help improve our World - locally and globally!
Join the Patton Social Service Club and brainstorm ideas to help improve our school, our community and the World. Group members work on ideas proposed by students and sometimes work together on a whole group project. We meet every other Thursday after school in the LMC. Letters from District 25 Nurses
Below are two letters from the District 25 Nurses. The first letter is about preventing the spread of communicable illnesses, and the second has to do with outdoor recess. Please read these so you are familiar with them.
Erin's Law Presentation Dates
Below are the dates that each classroom will be receiving their Erin's Law presentation. These dates are subject to change if either the classroom teacher or the social worker is out of the building on one of these days. If you choose to have your child opt-out of the presentation, please remember to submit your opt-out forms. To the parents who are choosing to opt-out we recommend having a discussion with your child, letting them know that their teacher will be sending them to the LMC or the office to work on a project or read during the presentation to limit your child's confusion about why they are leaving the room.
*Indicates a change from the original date.
Just Move It Challenge
The Just Move It Committee needs your input! Please take a moment to vote for your favorite design for this year's Just Move It T-shirt.
