This is the last post for the 2019/2020 school year. We would like to thank everyone who has supported the PTA and a special thank you to all of the members that volunteered their time this past school year. With all of your help and contributions we were able to offer so many amazing programs and events for the children, teachers and staff at Patton. We hope you all have a fun and safe summer! School Supplies - Deadline to order is June 14th Order your school supply kits for next year now! Be sure to purchase the grade level for NEXT school year 2020-2021. The PTA gets a percentage of the sales that we can use towards funding future PTA programs. Click here to order and enter school ID PAT011. Any questions please email Mairin Gradek at [email protected] Food Truck Fundraisers for ABC25 If you would like to support the ABC/25 Foundation. Below is a list of food truck events where a portion of the proceeds will be going back to the foundation. Saturday May 30th - Toasty Cheese and A.Sweets Girl Saturday June 6th - Five Squared Pizza (pre-order required) Friday June 12th - Fat Tomato Taco Truck and My Funnel Truck All 3 events will be at Thomas Middle School from 5-8 pm. Social distancing will be enforced at all events. 2020-2021 Room Reps and Volunteers We are starting to recruit volunteers for the 2020/2021 school year. We are looking for room reps and for volunteers for our programs and events. Below you will find a link to the Room Rep form and a separate link for the general PTA Volunteer Opportunity form. We will contact you as events approach to see if you are interested in helping. We do our best to make sure that everyone who wants a spot gets one. If you have multiple children, you can list a first and second choice for which child's room you would like to volunteer for. Please email Amy Klehr with any questions at [email protected] Yearbooks Being Delivered Directly to Your Homes All students’ yearbooks are being shipped directly to your home. Any questions please email [email protected] PTA Reimbursements - Deadline is Monday, June 1st If you have outstanding expenditures that you need reimbursements for from the PTA, please email Kelly Spokas to [email protected] to make arrangements. Please submit all reimbursements by June 1st. Mini-Course Product Pick-up If your child participated in any of the “Thrown Elements” Mini-Courses and you have not yet received your child’s project, you may pick it up directly at Thrown Elements. Simply call them in advance at (847) 818-1313 with your child's name and they will have it ready for you at curbside pickup. What: Pottery pickup at Thrown Elements Hours/Days: 11am-5pm / Tues-Sat Where: 260 N. Evergreen Ave. Call ahead: (847) 818-1313 Refunds All refund checks for the cancelled PTA Movie Day and for the cancelled Thrown Elements Mini Course were mailed. If you could please deposit them upon receiving, that would help us greatly. If you have any issues upon receiving your checks, please contact the PTA at [email protected]. Traffic Vest Collection Thank you to our amazing traffic team for a great year! If you still have your safety vest, we would appreciate it if you could drop it off at Julie Kozlik’s home. She has a bin set out to collect the vests. 2020/2021 Committee Chair Positions The PTA can only continue to provide services to Patton students if we have volunteers to run our committees.
