Got2Run May 16th - Participation benefits District 25
Come out this Saturday May 16th for the 4th annual Got2Run run/walk in Arlington Heights. A portion of the proceeds will fund ABC/25 Foundation education grants benefiting the students of District 25. Please click here for more information. Please remember to join ABC/25 during registration! The ABC/25 FOUNDATION Membership Drive Begins Now! You were recently sent a link via email to register your student(s) for the 2015-2016 school year. Please support Patton's chance to earn a $2,500 grant from the ABC/25 Foundation, the fundraising partner of School District 25! All you have to do is join ABC/25 with a $40 donation when you register your child online for the 2015-16 school year. We only need 25% of Patton’s families to join ABC/25 in order to receive the grant money. If you have children at more than one school in the district, your membership will count toward both schools’ membership tallies. This year, your membership in ABC/25 has helped provide Patton the funding for:

Spring Class Photos Spring Class Photos were delivered and were sent home in your child’s backpack this week if you ordered one. Volunteer Opportunities Make-a-Wish Walk-a-Thon Parent Volunteers The Patton Student Council is looking for parent volunteers to help supervise the Make-a-Wish walk-a-thon course on Wednesday, May 20th. Bring a lawn chair, grab a friend, and come out for the fun! Volunteers ensure the safety of the children and cheer them on during the walk from 3:45 pm until 5:30 pm. Spirit Day is Friday, June 5th and we are looking for volunteers to help supervise events for the students. This is a unique opportunity for you to see your kids and their friends in “action” at school. I guarantee you will have as much fun as the kids. As usual, younger siblings are welcome if you are volunteering. Beth Ligenza, who has led the program for some time, is looking for an apprentice to assist in 2015-16, with plans to take over in 2016-17. Room Representatives 2015/2016 Are you looking for a fun way to be involved in your child's classroom? Please consider volunteering to be a room representative. Complete and return the Room Rep Volunteer Form 2015-2016 to the office by June 4th. Room reps are selected via a lottery system when the class lists are finalized in August. You will be notified during the first week of school if you were selected.
