This TED Talk on the possibilities of being wrong is very spot on when I listen to it in the context of my own thinking. When I'm really being honest about myself, I can relate to and understand so much of what she has to say. How do you relate to your colleagues, staff, students, etc.? What is your capacity to admit and embrace wrongness? -EL I ran across this simple, yet powerful video about a month ago. Typically I don't find myself returning to videos repeatedly. This one however, has really stuck with me. I have caught myself contemplating the power behind the message. One of hopes for my students, parents, and staff is that this message will resonate with them too. My door is open. If you have an idea, let's talk about it. Who knows where it might lead? -EL |
