Hello Patton Families, We have really hit the ground running these first two weeks of school. Thank you to all of the parents who came to Curriculum Night last night. We hope you found it to be a valuable experience. Have a wonderful weekend and we look forward to another great week of learning next week. Sincerely, Eric Larson & Kelly Vignocchi The Wild Robot This afternoon we kicked off our 1Book1Patton all school, all family book reading event! We are so thrilled that you have partnered with us and will follow along. Please be sure to follow the reading guide each day, and resist the temptation to read ahead. If you are on Twitter, please be sure to use the hashtag, #1Book1Patton when tweeting. Below are the two videos that were shown on curriculum night to kick off the event if you'd like to see them again.
1st Grade Parents! Please look in your child's backpack this weekend for a PawPrint window cling that you may use on your front windshield this school year. This PawPrint will help Traffic Team Volunteers to identify 1st Grade family vehicles that may need more assistance loading and unloading each day in the traffic line. Should your family have more than one parent/caregiver who drives your child to school, you may request additional window clings by emailing Krin Hupp at [email protected]. There will be a limited supply in the front office as well. Party with Patton Friends Tonight From 6:00 to 7:30pm, Patton’s PTA is hosting it's annual “Back to School Bash” tonight on the blacktop and playground (or the Commons should it rain). The event will feature music, pizza, ice cream and snacks. Plus a drawing for four reserved front row seats for each grade level music performance! All PTA member families will receive a free ticket. To volunteer or ask questions, please contact Kara Catsaros ([email protected]) or Laurie Flight ([email protected]). Click HERE for the District 25 E-flyer page!
