Hello Patton Community,
This has been a fantastic week here at Patton! Below we have a series of updates and information to pass on to you. Also, for those who like reading blogs, I recently posted a short blog on gratitude and appreciation. If you are interested in reading it, it can be found here. A personal goal of mine is to be better at expressing my appreciation and gratitude for those around me.
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Miss Gordon who got married last Saturday! We are all very excited for her! Students are transitioning into calling her Mrs. Maloney.
Music & Art Blogs
Mr. Whitaker and Mrs. Maloney have created blogs for everyone to see in addition to being on Twitter. Please take a moment to check out some of the happenings in those two classrooms. Here is the music blog, and here is the art blog.
A Note From the Social Worker
The colder weather is approaching and many of you are looking through your winter supplies (coats, hats, etc.). The economic times continue to be tough and you may find that you are unable to purchase new items this year. I just wanted to take a moment to remind you that I have some extra winter items here at school. Feel free to leave me a confidential message on my voice mail if you find that you may need something this winter season.Barb Donahue, LCSW

Join the Patton Social Service Club!
We begin on October 22 and meet every other Thursday after school, until December. In December we will have a sign up for the Winter Session. If there is over enrollment we will choose by lottery and make sure a student that is unable to participate now has the opportunity in the winter.
