Kindergarten Family Night Thank you to Mrs. Klawitter, her team, and the many student volunteers that came to help our kindergarten families have a wonderful time together. It is so nice to see so many families come together in one place and simply enjoy one another's company. Our kindergarteners looked like they had a wonderful time! Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age Last week an email was sent out inviting parents to a screening of the documentary, Screenagers. Below is a replica of that email for those who may have missed it: Hello Patton Community, Here you will find a link to RSVP for the viewing of Screenagers at Patton Elementary School, on October 18, beginning promptly at 7:00pm. This is a viewing for PARENTS ONLY. We are limited to 250 seats, so please be sure to let us know if you need to cancel your reservation. If both parents want to attend, each parent needs to fill out the RSVP form individually. This will help us with tracking the number of parents who will be attending. We truly believe this will be a valuable experience for all who attend whether your children have their own devices, you are considering purchasing your child a device, or even if you feel you are a few years away from purchasing them a device. There is something in here for everyone, and the primary goal would be that this documentary would be a catalyst for a great conversation at home about devices and screen time. If you want additional information about the documentary, Screenagers, please follow this link. We look forward to seeing many of you on October 18. Sincerely, Eric Larson, Kelly Vignocchi, Idelle Melamed, Kathleen Corley, Barb Donahue, and Whitney Rodriguez Picture Day - October 2nd Picture Day order forms were sent home in your child’s backpack this week.
